該酒店房間設施老舊，入住該酒店的第一天，早上還不到8點樓上就突突突的傳來沖擊鑽的聲音，嚴重影響休息，當天酒店方安排更換了樓層較低的房間，結果房間空調從早到晚就根本降不下温度，房間還有蚊子，沒有比這一次入住體驗更差的酒店了，今後不會選擇再入住。

酒店寬敞乾淨，早餐與晚餐自助都很豐富，過馬路很多餐飲店，平價海鮮。缺點是離海邊比較遠，海景房衹能看遠景，走路到沙灘非常非常遠。
但有一點很噁心。離店後工作人員打電話索要滿五星才算“合格”的好評，還要求在評語上寫“玉華熱情心細介紹周邊”，這個玉華是誰？入住期間從來沒見到這個人。

酒店很新，樓下就是美食街，去海邊會路過一個湖，晚上有噴泉表演。
恰逢小孩生日，給做了生日佈置，送了小童早餐，房間大落地窗，小孩很喜歡。
泳池沒有開，白天可以去海邊游泳，趕海去不想去海軍公園可以去貝殼廣場，或者往紅樹林方向走的入海口。礁石上很多海葵，戳一下會噴水，挺有意思的

從入住開始，室內大廳公共區域有人抽煙酒店沒人管，房間空調是壞的，室外30度，室內27度，維修師傅上門維修也沒有修好！房間裏有沙子還有大蟲子，衞生也沒做好，萬一屋裡有傳染病怎麼辦！和酒店説這事，結果酒店態度很強硬，想拿一瓶飲料打發我！意思是我們就這樣，想來青島玩的朋友建議你們選擇其他酒店！

大堂空間大，拍照打卡不錯，大熱天電梯前整齊擺放的水看着就舒心。服務有待提高，房間馬桶沒擦乾淨，泳池沒開放，中餐廳也沒有，吃飯衹有自助，早餐品種少，添加菜品也不及時，水果品種更少，好在周邊吃飯的地方蠻多，旺季和淡季價格差太多。

房間不錯，和圖片沒什麼差別。去海邊走路8分鐘左右，歡樂海灣吃的很多，總體來説很方便。旁邊的海水浴場孩子玩的很開心。
服務：今天要趕高鐵，前台主動提出打包早餐的服務，土豆餅做的很好吃，吃的很開心呀，高鐵上還分享給了隔壁小朋友😁
