前台兩位小哥服務很好，主動幫忙提行李箱，因為帶兩娃和長者家。退房時也是，主動從六樓房間給我提下來送到滴滴車上。
衞生速度是真慢，第一天入住提前到了酒店，等搞衞生出來等了將近兩個小時。第二天也是，早上九點左右阿姨幫忙衹收了房間垃圾，要求換床品時，阿姨説晚點給我們換，先要搞其他房衞生。等到下午五點多也沒來給我們換，又打電話到前台阿姨才來換的。
