假日旅遊住凱悦非常方便，從LG層可以直通沙灘，各個餐廳也都可以看到大海，景色一流！早餐不錯，一樓的風味餐廳和以前相比有些遜色，希望能改進。
非常感謝Fiona，每次入住都積極溝通，幫忙安排好房間，非常貼心！這樣温暖的服務，是會一再選擇凱悦的重要原因！

酒店服務非常好，前台也很熱情，原本定的海景房，前台小高給升級到了豪華海景房，非常感謝。豪華海景房的位置特別好，可以實現在房間裏看日出，很推薦。
但是美中不足的是，我在酒店游泳池游泳的時候，把手錶不小心落在了更衣室，我但之後就再也找不到了。
具體時間線為，6.2號晚上8.15進去更衣室，監控顯示此時還是戴手錶的，晚上10.00出更衣室，監控顯示已經沒有戴手錶了，因此手錶應該一定落在更衣室了。
我6.3號凌晨一點發現此事聯繫酒店前台，請幫忙尋找，之後就再也找不到了。此事非常蹊蹺，因為游泳池晚上10點關門，我應該是當天的最後一批客人，不明白手錶到底去哪裡了？
尋找手錶過程中工作人員都非常熱情協助，衹可惜最終沒有找到。也提醒大家還是要小心一些，提高警惕，保管好自身財物。

服務很一般。贈送的旅拍服務，跟前台登記了，但到退房也沒人聯繫過。房間設施老化，有異味。不是特別值得推薦。

陳述事實，不在意的無所謂在意的可以先打電話和酒店溝通，純個人感受：
1，來入住，2點左右到説沒有房間，3點才能辦理入住，這一點感受不是很好但也理解。出去回來4點多快5點領取房卡，説是衞生打掃了但主管沒查房，這服務態度感受不到該有的標準。
2，辦理入住時説是讓領取飲料，到了大堂水吧沒有人，甜品櫃枱沒有人，整個大堂除了辦理入住的，找不到其他工作人員。
3，不太清楚該酒店的文化，但一般5星應該是上下車會有人來幫忙開車門，行李會有人來幫忙拿的吧，這個並沒有。
3，所謂的海景房，並不是如照片所示。一進門看落地玻璃，接近1/2的面積是對面的大樓，左側一點海景右側是城景，並不是直對海景。
4，點外賣，下來去禮賓部取，直接來一句自己進來找，確實沒想到。
5，酒店離海灘算是還可以，需要穿過它自己的一個花園。
6，內部裝修中規中矩，這個理解畢竟裝修時間長。
7，唯一舒服的也就是床還不錯，軟硬合適。
8，客服服務人員倒是挺有禮貌和熱心的。

酒店就在石長者海水浴場，孩子玩沙很方便，前台小高熱情度服務，調了間可以部分看海的房間，送小朋友挖沙工具。體驗感不錯。酒店去小麥島很方便，距離不遠，孩子玩的很開心

房間整體就是凱悦的風格，但有一點需要亟待改善的就是那個窗簾，總漏光，要不要稍微修一下，早上太影響睡眠了。
其他的，就是咱整體員工的服務，還是有待提高，比如客人的問好，送客的再見這種基本禮貌。
