房間好臟，民宿最重要的就是乾淨，讓旅客有賓至如歸的感覺；萬萬沒想到啊！攜程圖片上“美美的桑內”，一進衞生間看到那個窗簾，就被噁心到了；洗手池的櫃子也臟兮兮的，浴缸也是，包括床頭的裝橫都是灰……
真不知道平時怎麼做的清潔工作。外地人來到青島，想體驗當地老洋房的裝修特色，結果被驚到了…
沒想到八百多大床房，這麼拉垮！！！好臟好惡心！！
真心建議外地友友們，不要來！！真埋汰！

小院，公區環境優美，緊挨着馬嘉祺來過的網紅店，很多人來打卡。房間清新，窗外是側海景。離琴嶼路很近，溜達着就可以去。酒店有很多衹貓很可愛，有衹小橘貓淘的，我蹲在地上會來撲我的背

非常可愛的民宿酒店，就在魯迅公園對面的山坡上，交通方便，門口也可以叫網約車，步行就可以去看海。
裝修風格俏皮歐式，很多遊客拍照打卡，白天比較喧囂，晚上很安靜。
衞生打掃乾淨，但是洗澡熱水不算充足。
有三衹貓咪提供情緒價值，還是非常值得。
