The service was terrible, we needed an extra pillow and they said they didn't have extra pillows 🙄🙄, and they said it was opened in 2024, but many places were dirty. It is also inconvenient to have luggage as there are stairs at the door. The breakfast taste is not good.

The hotel's air conditioning will be temporarily unavailable every night without prior notice. The room only has one small window, which makes it very stuffy at night and causes poor sleep quality. When I asked the lobby staff the reason, I found out that other residents complained that their rooms were too cold, but they didn't know how to adjust the temperature of each room individually, but turned off all the rooms. It was really infuriating. It was annoying to have to complain to the front desk every night to get the air conditioning turned back on. Although floor fans were provided later, the best sleep quality was only achieved with air conditioning on 2 of the last 5 nights. People who are sensitive to heat are not suitable to live here. Also, the cleanliness of the room is acceptable but could be improved. Free refills of bottled water are provided, which is worth a thumbs up! If the air conditioning problem is not improved in the future, we will not consider staying here again.
