The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade the room for free. Thank you very much! At night, because I was an overseas traveler, I encountered some problems connecting to the WiFi. When I went to the front desk for help, the uncle at the front desk helped me solve it very patiently. The service attitude was great. The room is clean, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is super good. It's just a few minutes' walk down to Zhongshan Road. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. Xikelai Shopping Mall is also nearby. It is very convenient to buy local specialties on the last day. It is very close to major attractions and the pier, within walking distance, and the transportation is very convenient. It was a bit cold when I went out in the morning, and the lady at the front desk kindly reminded me to keep warm. She was really thoughtful! The overall experience was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this hotel!

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel because it seemed to have good reviews. Unfortunately, this is absolutely not the case. The hotel, even if it seems clean, is not at all. In particular, in all the rooms we found bed bugs. Since these insects are very small, it is difficult to see them because they appear white, but if you take a picture and enlarge them you can see brownish ones. The problem is that they are very invasive and bite. They attach themselves to clothes and to eliminate them you have to wash everything at 90 degrees and some clothes at 90 degrees get ruined. After the first evening, we had noticed some bites on the body and we thought they were mosquitoes, even if it seemed strange to us. The last evening we returned home around 11pm while we were getting ready to go to bed, I had noticed that the bed had not been made and that we had only changed the towels. I lifted the covers and saw about ten of these tiny white dots moving on the sheet. Instinctively I squashed them and saw that they left traces of blood. Worried, I told my roommate who immediately saw another one. We took photos and videos. We called the gentleman at the reception who came to see and squashed the bug telling us he would change our room. Immediately our other friends of his arrived saying they had found bed bugs. The receptionist changed our rooms to 3 but in each one there were still bed bugs, he gave us another room and there were bed bugs in that one too. At that point we decided to leave and ask for a refund. The owner refused to give us 100% of the refund telling us that we had slept two nights. I pointed out that if we had known before we would have left immediately because now we have to go to a doctor, spend money on the visit and the doctors because the bites have swollen all over the body of all 6 of us. I don't know how there can be hotels like this. The problem is that often in addition to the bed bugs there are also lice. I hope I didn't get anything because if I did get lice I will report the hotel. My strong suggestion is DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS SUPER POOR. Also the receptionist downplayed the matter and smiled. Maybe he sleeps with bedbugs at home. The hotel DID NOT WANT TO REFUND 100%, but 50%!!!!! I will call the police and the health office to report this hotel and the behavior of the managers. Scandalous. You should be ashamed!!

The hotel is in a great location, and the price is very affordable, as it is 200. The clerk on duty in the afternoon also helped me upgrade my room; the service of the lady at the front desk was quite good; the location is also super good, very close to the pier. But I was woken up many times at night, and I could clearly hear people closing doors and chatting. I gave feedback to the middle-aged man at the front desk, but he did not properly address my request. He did not help me change the room, nor did he offer any compensation or apology. I felt his attitude was very average. The room was not ventilated and had a damp smell. There was hair from the previous resident on the bed and floor. Of course, you can't be too picky at this price. In fact, I think the environment is worth 200. The main problems were the noise and low quality of service. I hope the hotel can actively improve. Facilities: Free upgrade to a king-size bed room, which has a Xiaodu smart speaker, very convenient. The mattress is moderate, after all, it is a very good facility considering the price. The quilt is too thin! Too thin! Too thin! Important things should be said three times! There is a pedestrian street a few hundred meters downstairs, which makes eating and taking public transportation very convenient. The Zhanqiao scenic area is also nearby, so I am very satisfied with this aspect. First: The shortcoming is that the room needs spare tissue paper, and the toilet paper rolls alone are not enough.
