We absolutely loved the location, we had a 2 bedroom cottage all to ourselves, perched on the hillside overlooking the Laoshan mountains and the sea. It was very peaceful and private. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of outdoor furniture and even a kitchen with fridge and 2 cooking elements. The only let down was that the kitchen especially was quite dirty, and overall everything was a little messy. The towels supplied were single use paper disposable towels which we found a little strange to use. There is no reception area, and the rooms weren't serviced during our stay although one of the days they did drop off some extra disposable towels and water etc.

Very special bed and breakfast accommodation, you are literally beside the sea once you step out of the room . Rooms were clean and new with heating system on the beds . However it's quite far out from the city about 15 min drive

很安靜 就是稍微偏了一點 但是海景絕對頂級 不輸一些大酒店 自己散心或者人多一起來這邊度假休息都很不錯

離市區不遠，在嶗山風景區旁邊，非常安靜，民宿裝修品味在線，設施齊全，可以帶狗，可以燒烤，可以獨享一整片海灘。老闆非常熱情好客，服務周到，出門就可以趕海，釣魚，我們來的時候晚上對岸會放煙花。和朋友過了很愉快的週末，還會再來！

三號院位置最佳，面朝大海，春暖花開，房東很熱情，門口就有實惠的飯店，自駕過來停車也很方便，看日出，逛大集，趕海，等日落，吃海鮮，很適合家庭出遊聚會。

設施：裝修都很新的民宿，配套用品也很好！床軟軟的睡的很舒服，吹風機超喜歡，風大吹的特別快
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，浴巾也都是一次性的很衞生🫡户外庭院的部分也很整潔，桌子和椅子都沒有落葉和灰之類的，可以放心使用~
環境：重點誇一下民宿的環境！（一開始擔心這裡在嶗山區會比較偏不好打車，結果打車比市區還快，去地鐵站和嶗山遊客服務中心都是十分鐘以內，玩起來完全沒問題🥰）民宿旁邊一大片沙灘真的太——棒了！！在退潮的時候去海灘上走走，海浪沖刷過小腿的感覺真的很好🥺晚上在院子裏看海吹風對面正好放煙花🎆，很難忘的一幕！最後也拍到了日出，可以説完全實現心願🫶🏻（近海的房子外牆會有海蟑螂出沒，但是人來了會四處逃逸，就是視覺震撼😂😂）
服務：打掃的阿姨人太好了！媽媽入住那天胃不舒服，還給她煮了粥喝，真的很感謝！！阿姨很熱情也很好聊，還教我們怎麼趕海哈哈哈哈，希望大家都幸福快樂！下次來青島還想來這裏看夕陽看日出🥰🥰🥰

位置：靠近大河東遊客中心，離流清河也很近，周邊超市，飯店也都比較近，關鍵是靠海！風景真的太好啦委
房間大小：我們選擇的是更接近海邊的靜海房間，應該是算他家最小的房間了，但是足夠啦～
停車：很好停車～
服務：老闆人太太太好啦！！對我們超級有耐心，在民宿這邊服務的姐姐人也特別好，還幫我們遛狗來着～在我們出門期間，還友善的幫我們照顧狗子！真的很很很好！！
設施：特別開心的是，他家還有可以給客人使用的電動車，出門騎着小車去餐廳吃飯真的很幸福
