設施：關於熱水問題，晚上10點以後，就陸續沒有熱水了。訂房間之前還聯繫過他們客服。客服他們承諾是24小時熱水。
以及被罩上的口子，前一天沒有更換過的床單。靠三條腿兒支撐的，帶有安全隱患的座椅。
衞生：衞生方面一言難盡，很多衞生死角都能摸到灰塵，浴室底下甚至還能發現煙頭，第二天出去的時候還提醒他們打掃一下客房。晚上回去的時候，還是在同樣的位置發現了那個煙頭。衞生收拾不好，是真拉胯。
環境：環境不錯，無可挑剔。
服務：前台跟經理人都挺好。保潔挺拉胯
