位置在青山漁村一旁，可觀山觀海。整個民宿裝修佈置温馨有品位，拍照很出片。吃飯方便還可以喝酒K歌，時間充裕的時候，下午在此涼亭喝咖啡發呆也是個不錯的選擇。推薦花園景觀房，性價比高。

房間非常乾淨，房內設施是星級酒店級別。
一日三餐味道很好，不用再出去吃了。我跑半小時去碼頭，吃的還不如大姐做的。
環境精緻，設計新穎，還有美食獨特的設計，打卡和享用都是一絕。
服務一流，特色很多，特別是老闆越戰老兵經歷，早上看完日出小睡一會，九點左右上班他會出來升國旗。為愛國戰士點贊

1.位置與交通：民宿在青山村北鄰，嚴格意義上説，不算是青山村觀景台打卡照片裏的區域，但與青山村聚居區衹隔了一小山頭的茶田，騎電瓶車從青山村裡麪轉一圈走小路上來，穿過一小片茶田就到了，有種喧鬧中的謐境，這裏距離沿海景觀公路也不遠，步行6分鐘就能到大路上了。院子門口有4-5個車位、員工宿舍前有1個車位。
2.景色與民宿設計：民宿公共區域的視野裏除了大海就是茶田，很舒服。當時選這裏，主要就是考慮到有自己的大院子，山村建房有個大院子大平台太難得了，這個院子裏精緻也好，硬裝軟裝都很不錯，院子裏3個平台錯落有致，功能區設計的也有感覺，帶着孩子在院子就能玩上大半天，白天帶孩子在泳池裡嬉戲，晚上在涼亭裏吹着海風喝點東西，很放鬆。
3.人文加分：要誇一波老大哥大姐，大哥是濰坊人，越戰老兵，自帶軍人氣質，做飯好吃，不需多言，讓人放心。大姐是淄博人，熱情好客，由於倆娃起床慢，去吃早餐比較晚了，大姐看煮雞蛋沒了立馬給做了煎蛋。

很適合出門遊玩，是嶗山裡裝修的比較好的民宿，老闆很熱情，早飯也地道，夜景很漂亮，還有個小泳池，孩子玩的很高興。
還有一個小酒吧咖啡廳，夜裡三三兩天聊聊天很愜意。

真的很想在這裏多住幾天，房間設施新且乾淨，酒店本身就有景觀的極致，早上能看日出，坐在這兒啥也不做，喝一杯麪朝大海的咖啡，美啊真的美。我真正想説的是，大哥大姐做的飯太好吃了，應該説我們點的每道菜都好吃，特別是炒雞，進山後的一絕！孩子們跟我説下次必須再安排一次這家酒店的度假。

老闆娘非常漂亮熱情，在門口迎接，給升級了900多的房間，還送了咖啡杯和熱乎乎的粽子，臨走的時候還送我們到門口，就像朋友一樣，還有廚房做飯的大姐兩口子也非常熱情好客，早餐做的非常好吃！下次還會選擇她們家，我小女兒玩的很開心，不想走。嶗山的景色真是絕了！有山有海 讓人心曠神怡 讓人彷彿置身在仙境中一樣！

陪女朋友溜達最美環海公路發現這裏，青山漁村最好的民宿了，我倆同時決心在這住下來了，畫面太治癒了，衞生乾淨，服務無可挑剔，在他家日咖夜酒點的國外進口飲料，特好喝，做飯的大爺和大娘感覺和自家長輩一樣照顧我們的口味感受，民宿房間科技感全是智能化，很符合我們年輕人口味，以後女朋友説了來嶗山哪裡也不去就來凡萃閣，使勁賺錢在這滿足女朋友住一個月不走了，哈哈
