管家Elena提前聯繫好，安排了床圍欄，當天到的很晚，到房間一切都安排好了，好評哦～ 特別是每天出門後衹要發個訊息就能衞生安排到位，連住三晚都很舒適
從進門就能感受到熱情 幫忙拿行李開車門，早餐孩子特別期待畫胳膊上的圖案，美高梅的奶茶也很喜歡，泳池的人員都很好，讓旅行快樂滿滿

酒店整體還是不錯的，環境也可以，有個很大的弊端，就是房間無窗户且不能換氣通風，本來預訂的3晚，第一晚進房間有味道，跟前台要了空氣凈化器，結果住完第一晚後，第二天早上孩子突然説身上癢，我一看，腿上起了一大片紅疹，住了第二晚後，孩子的四肢和手腳都有很多的紅疹，不知道具體什麼原因，但是酒店不能通風換氣肯定還是有點問題，後來第三天就趕緊走了，沒敢再住下去，服務人員還都不錯，後來在攜程人員的安排調解下退了一天房費，因為要趕緊帶孩子回北京看病。
