定的雙床房結果房間裏氣味很大，送來一個凈化器，結果的確是被凈化了，散發著一股煙味，空調也是壞的，和管家溝通後説找工程，結果也沒來，在房間一個多小時，感覺在受罪，巨悶，繼續溝通，給我換房，換的房間裏面牆壁太老舊，上面大概是潮濕引起的起泡，四面都是，密集恐懼😱最主要這次讓人無語的就是這個管家了，和她電話兩次，話都沒説完就把我電話掛掉，和她説謝謝也沒有迴應，這是我見過最沒禮貌的管家了，還有小朋友看中了獅子，問了工作人員哪裡可以購買，工作人員和我説聯繫管家可以贈送，結果管家説沒有，真的滿差勁的，還不如直接告訴我哪裡買呢，但是也有好的地方，他們客房服務生是值得誇讚，需要房品的時候他們每次都很迅速的送來
