Ruby 라는 직원이 정말 친절하고 좋았어요. 외국인이라서 배달 이용을 하기 어려웠는데 다 친절하게 해줬어요 방도 좋고 호텔이 마음에 들었어요 다음에 칭다오에 방문해도 다시 이용할 생각이 있어요

管家July提前聯繫安排好房間，入住期間也很關心入住體驗，房間很安靜，景色也可以，酒店工作人員都很熱情。

房間打掃很好，前台关係主任Ruby親切友善，安排妥善，照顧周全，大門職員主動幫忙；惟獨早餐款式沒有變化，中式包点很差，亦沒有點心類，日式飯卷很硬，西式所有軟包包括吐司類也是亁乾硬硬的，希望餐樓可以改善. 下次有機会都会再來入住.

套房房間很大，視野不錯可以直接觀海，入住有小獅子🦁生日當天管家july還幫忙安排了房間佈置，很nice。入住當天是聖誕節，酒店的整體佈置很有節日氛圍，附近商圈配套也很齊全。
