幫親友預訂的房間，預訂的有早餐的雙人房，結果親友入住後竟然説沒有早餐，也沒有退多餘的早餐錢，打電話後衹説彙報領導就沒有後來了。售後服務非常差勁！

住了好幾次了，靠着大清河景區。我比較喜歡安靜，早飯也很好吃。推薦哦，中國人不騙中國人，當然，每個人喜好不同，我覺得很不錯。對得起價格，還給我升了房。

在濟南出差，一直住的柏曼，所以這次去齊河也選擇的柏曼，酒店是全智能設施，環境服務都不錯，前台很親切，唯一有點遺憾的是這次住的房間衞生一般，地毯是濕的，還有就是衞生間還有煙灰（我們本次入住的人都不抽煙），希望以後多多注意。

來齊河出差的，偶然發現這家酒店，進門大廳裏很香，前台美女服務很熱情，每次出門回來都會主動問好，很温馨很不錯，房間挺大，智能馬桶，衞生很乾凈，還有洗衣房和烘乾機，很適合我們出差的人羣！滿分好評，以後出差就來這裏住了！
