The hotel is still very new, with relatively complete configurations and large rooms. There are two restaurants in the hotel, a gym (24 hours), and a swimming pool from 6:00 to 22:00. When checking in at the hotel, the front desk gave me chocolate cookies 🍪, which tasted good.
Room experience:
The space in the room is comfortable, not cramped, the lighting is comfortable, the TV can be projected, and the bedding is relatively comfortable and slightly soft. There is no view outside the window, and it is a community behind, which is very quiet. There is a bathtub in the room for bathing, and there is also a shower room. The bathroom is brightly lit. The shower water pressure is good, and the toiletries are OK. The wardrobe hangers are well equipped, enough for a family of three.

I went on a business trip this time and saw this newly opened hotel online. Compared with the place I stayed before, although the price is a little bit more expensive, the environment inside gives me a better feeling and the service is particularly good. The hotel facilities are pretty good in all aspects. It's the tallest building in Qidong. It has a good view. It's quiet when you look at the night view at night. The price/performance ratio is good. It's located in the city center and it's very convenient for dining out. The efficiency of the front desk service needs to be improved. When checking out, it was said that the deposit would arrive in half an hour. However, the front desk forgot to do it. After a phone call, the deposit was refunded. The same thing happened when I checked in. Around 6pm in the evening, there was only one receptionist. Several groups of guests came over and ignored each other. The first impression was a bit unsatisfactory.

The environment and service are OK. The room is big enough. The bathroom is crowded, but not as terrible as the negative reviews say. Maybe they have been working hard to improve it! (The bed quilt in the photo was wrinkled by us!), the mirror was like this when we came in, and the sanitation needs to be strengthened with more professional training. It can be seen that it has been cleaned but the cleaning effect is not good, which drags down the level of the hotel. The table may have been fanned when changing the quilt cover, and some small dust flew on the bedside table! Cleaning also pays attention to order! I hope you will get better and better, and I wish you a prosperous business!

GGuest UserThis is my first time staying in a homestay. I was really surprised. The whole family likes it very much. The boss is also super good. On weekdays, our family has a private venue. The water in the swimming pool outside the house has just been changed. How long do you want to swim? There is a home theater, table tennis room, billiard table in the basement. The two girls have fun. Breakfast is made by the boss himself. It is fresh and very rich. Even my big girl who has a difficult breakfast has eaten three sesame cakes. It is said that it is delicious. The small blind box that was smoked before check-out is German chocolate. I highly recommend this one. It is too suitable for parent-child travel. Even if it is raining, you can't go to the attractions, you don't have to worry about being bored. The indoor entertainment projects are enough for you to play for a day, and you can chat with the boss.

However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

The tableware is complete. The landlord and wife are very enthusiastic, introducing nearby attractions and dining and shopping, sincere and reliable. The child forgot the toys, and also reminded and sent back. Friendship reminder, occasionally there are a few mosquitoes, summer and autumn seasons to insert electric mosquito coils, you can avoid. The summary was a very good stay and leisure experience. Everyone was satisfied.

The hotel is uniquely located in the core area of the industrial park, surrounded by many enterprises, with developed transportation networks, close to subway stations and bus stations. Whether it is to negotiate business with nearby enterprises or to other areas of the city for sightseeing, travel is extremely convenient.
The interior of the room gave me a great surprise. The overall design is simple and stylish without losing warmth, the decoration is exquisite and attentive, the space layout is reasonable, and the lighting is well ventilated. The bedding is soft and comfortable, so that I can quickly enter the sweet dreamland after a busy day. The room facilities are all available, the TV picture quality is clear, the air conditioning cooling and heating effect is excellent, and the intelligent control system adds a lot of convenience and fun to the stay. The configuration of desks, sofas and other equipment is also just right, which meets my dual needs of office and leisure.
The hotel's service is first class. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When checking in, they not only were efficient and fast, but also carefully found that I was tired from the journey, sent me a cup of hot tea intimately, and took the initiative to introduce the restaurants and amenities around the hotel. When I asked the print shop nearby to prepare business information, they immediately checked and provided detailed route information.
