I booked it for someone else. The soundproofing was very poor. Almost everyone was sleeping in the Datong store. The only good thing was that the breakfast was refreshing. The wontons were packed one by one very carefully.

The hotel has a good location, but the overall room layout is not reasonable. All rooms go from one side to the lobby, and some room types are too far apart. The room facilities are old, the towels are worn and fluffy, there is dust and residual garbage on the floor that has not been cleaned up; the check-in service is good, but the check-out front desk staff has poor service, has no sense of service, does not respond to service requests, and is irritable. The overall experience of staying here is acceptable, but there is still room for improvement.

The rooms in the Vienna hotel stink. All environments in the room are lagging behind. The price is so expensive, and what’s even more annoying is that the soundproofing effect of the room is not good at all: I was woken up by the sound outside at 4 or 5 o’clock.
