前台服務員態度極差，整得以為是世界頂尖酒店一樣，前台自己開錯了房，説的標間，開成單間，打電話還讓自己下去換，打電話不説，下去還説要加錢才能換，退房時間還搞區別，説什麼都是這是特價房，特價房不是你自己掛出來的？特價房12點，其他2點，一有點要求就是對不起您這是特價房，玩不起就別上，世界就你一家好酒店？23號晚前台靠大堂那個女前台，不知道怎麼招的？極差的入住 體驗！！！

房型大，設施新，工作人員熱情，就是早餐的種類還可以再多一點，客房點菜太早結束了，晚上餓需要自己點外賣。

來找朋友玩的時候住的，一般偏上吧，説説幾個問題，我那個房間淋浴間下水道下水很慢不知道是因為有點堵，每次洗完泡沫都下的慢，然後衣帽間晾衣桿沒有清理過桿子上面很臟建議定期做打掃，然後淋浴間下水道也是定期做一下下水測試。然後下水池沒有熱水也挺不合理，迷你吧很臟感覺很久沒用過了得一直啟用做做清洗。其他沒啥問題。值得表揚是淋浴間花灑水很足洗着很舒服。細節還是很有必要提升提升一下。然後禮賓服務儘量也提升一下吧。基本算很中肯的評價了。

設施有些老舊小，衞生沒有打掃乾淨，前台任何時候去都是面無表情，門口可以隨便停車，還有雷打不動的500元按金。
