The room was clean and the facilities were good. The auntie cleaned the room diligently.
The soundproofing was average. I could hear the door opening and closing clearly in the next room.
Parking was free, but the people in the lottery shop opposite were quite aggressive. I was confronted after parking for a while.

The roadside is very noisy, the soundproofing is very poor, and next door is the mahjong room. The door is not closed when playing mahjong, and they talk loudly!
