不知道是因為旺季還是什麼原因，反正700多的親子房，從擺渡車把你送到院子門口，就全靠自己了，你定的院子旁沒有車位停車衹能自己去周圍找空位，位置多遠決定你拖行李拖多遠……定親子房就是因為有孩子，結果行李全靠自己扛上樓……房間不是智能的，關燈靠試……沒有冰箱，沒有客房餐飲服務，靠點外賣，外賣員找不到，電話問我27棟是不是在28棟旁邊，我跑出去問樓下在做清潔的工作人員，愛答不理也不説清楚，就説28棟在“那邊”，也不給你問完的時間她就走了……我到院子大喊“在這裏！”外賣員才找到我……淡季我不知如何，反正我衹能説這個酒店客多的時候我的體驗如此

房間裏面的設施設備很舊了。牆紙都剝落，牆壁都有點發黴。門也關不了。水壓也不行。到處都是酒的味道。七百多的價錢又太貴了。

各方面都比較滿意，服務也挺好的，唯一讓我不滿意的是“泳池”，帶小朋友篩選酒店時，就關注到有游泳池，結果衹能叫“噴水池”，需要游泳池的不建議，其他方面沒問題。
