房間還是那種快捷酒店的設計，馬桶雖然是智能的，但是不好用，一直沖水，但是在黔西已經算不錯的酒店了吧。離高鐵站走路十多分鐘。隔音效果差了些。

致酒店老總/經理
完成春節假期正式上班了，也總結一下在你酒店極不好的諸多經歷。
我在1月28號除夕下午入住貴酒店房間，因為帶着3位小朋友和老婆，預訂的是輕奢豪華套房，網上確認是1.8米和1.5米的床，以便一家人可以同住一間房間方便照顧，但到了現場，發現變成2張1.2-1.3米的床，你們的回覆是忘了更新網上房間資料，雖然你們願意額外提供多一間房間給我，但這樣導致我照顧小朋友不方便，故此我要協助你們員工將額外一張床墊搬到我的房間，如果不是除夕晚，我會第一時間換酒店！
另外我對你們在睡房擺放男性*****用品的做法非常生氣，我的女兒還問這個***的用途！明顯你們喜歡成人世界的一點甜，但有認真尊重家庭客户的需求嗎！
睡房的落地窗有嚴重裂痕，我要再三囑咐小朋友不要靠近落地窗避免危險發生悲劇！
浴室的水龍頭是破爛的，另外去水位堵塞，沖涼時候就會嚴重積水！
當你坐廁的時候，馬桶自動沖水功能，水花會濺到你的屁股，請老總們和經理們親自體驗一下！
多年旅遊+出差經驗，這一次真是最奇葩的體驗，你們換位思考，能忍受這些服務嗎？！！對得住服務行業嗎？
