Hotel environment is very nice. The weather is quite cold now. There are swimming pool outdoor without heater. So my kids can't enjoy swimming pool. Food is impressed especially original Egyptian food day. Hotel made it nice. I hope it would be nicer once they build new elevator to the beach.

It has a very nice magnificent view and the employees are very interested

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Nice staff

The hotel is quite good, there are new and old rooms, we booked a superior room, when we checked in they tried to put us in the old room, after sorting it out at the reception they gave us a key to a new room with a view of the garden. The cleaning is mediocre, they don't change the bed linen until you tell them, although when you checked in you were given a brochure that said they change the bed linen every other day. The food is monotonous, the food is well prepared. The hotel grounds are large and have all the necessary amenities.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amphoras Beach Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located on the beautiful Red Sea and the private beach is very charming. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy water sports such as diving and snorkeling.

The family room we stayed in was old and not newly renovated, but the hygiene was good and the fee for a nine-year-old child was waived. The three meals were rich and open for a long time, with food and drinks available anytime and anywhere, and the price-performance ratio was very high. There is a snorkeling area in the hotel, with safety guards on duty, and the fish and corals are very beautiful, which is amazing.

It feels like a vacation here. The snorkeling spot on the hotel beach has more fish than the one at sea, the water is very clean, and there are always vacancies for beach umbrellas every time I go there. The only downside is that there are too many foreign tour groups, and the restaurant is like a food market at mealtime, but the taste is good

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and we chose the new rooms, they were very luxurious, and our friend Muhammet, who worked at the reception, was incredibly friendly. All the staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly, only the animators are a little too clingy, other than that, everything is top notch.

It costs only 100 Egyptian pounds to get to the mosque and the cliff bar. You can snorkel directly from the hotel and see the fish with your naked eyes. The food in the hotel is average, but there are meals at every time so you won't be hungry.

The hotel is very large and has its own water center where you can book sea activities. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. There are two restaurants that require reservations in advance. Overall, it is very good.

Very cost-effective

Hygiene: Not clean Environment: There are many small houses with different rooms for accommodation, not a large building like a regular hotel! The sound insulation here is very poor, and the resort is full of European tour groups, they are really noisy! They have parties in the room in the middle of the night or in the morning and play music very loudly! Service: Very bad!! Yasser at the front desk is a complete racist!!! White people are given priority in all services! They treat Chinese differently, everyone must avoid this place! As long as your accent or English is not good enough, he will start to say that he doesn't understand, and his attitude is very bad! This hotel especially likes to cheat Chinese guests and charge them randomly! Chinese compatriots should never stay here!

It was so hard to communicate with the front desk... their English was so poor... It cost $25 to delay check-out until 1:30 pm. I called the buggy in the room to pick me up, but the front desk didn't understand. I told them I needed help to bring my luggage to the front desk, but they didn't understand either. I finally understood them after I spoke word by word... I was in a hurry to go to the airport, so I asked a greasy-haired guy at the front desk to buy/borrow some tape to stick a small cardboard box together, but he was reluctant to do so... He was really slow and I couldn't understand him. He seemed to be a little higher in position than the other guys. Others had difficulty communicating but their attitudes were good.
