The restaurant manager emphasized the dress code to me. Of course I knew it, but when two other white people entered on the same day, all the staff and managers pretended not to see it. It was really bad!

The rooms are old, the dinner buffet is a disaster! The breakfast is OK. The dinner buffet is 2800 Egyptian riels if you don't order a half pack, excluding all drinks, almost no meat, and various bread salads. You have to buy mineral water too! It's a steal. It's better to walk a few steps to the commercial area outside. 100 per person to eat as much as you want.

We basically played tennis in the morning and went to the beach to snorkel, swim, or dig sand in the afternoon. You can see the coral reefs by walking down the beach in front of the hotel. It is very convenient and you don't need to go to the pier. It is also very shallow, which is friendly for those who can't swim. The water was not too cold during the Spring Festival. Another very touching point is that it happened to be a child's birthday during our stay. The hotel sent a birthday cake and decorated the room. We were not told about this in advance, which gave us a surprise. Overall, the Spring Festival vacation was very happy and I recommend it to Chinese people.

Beware of the disgusting operation of the hotel! It is recommended that you carefully check the room facilities before checking in, otherwise you will be framed for damaging the room items when checking out. We were about to go to the airport to catch a flight, and the front desk told us that the balcony glass in the room was damaged. After we explained that the balcony glass was not damaged, we were still prevented from getting on the car to the airport. Fortunately, there are photos taken when we checked in, which can prove that the balcony glass was damaged before checking in, but the damaged part was too small so we did not find it when we checked in. Why didn't the hotel carefully check before the guests checked in and provide the room with safety hazards to the guests? The damage that can be checked after checking out was not found before checking in. Is it intentional to ask for high compensation? Very disgusting operation, extremely bad.

I stayed at the Castle Hotel first and then the Kempinski. I can only say that the food, service and rooms are much better than the Castle Hotel! The hotel beach is also of high quality. You can also go to the jetty platform for snorkeling by taking the resort's shuttle bus. In general, it is a very comfortable hotel in Hurghada (the only drawback is that there is nothing to do around, and it is a bit boring at night

It was a very good trip. The hotel service was good and hygienic. Except that the food was not suitable for the appetite of the oriental country, everything else was perfect. I will choose Kempinski again next time.
