Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung etwas alt, aber immer noch schön. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert. Das wichtigste ist der Meerblick im Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Rezeption und Restaurant-Service waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist für Reisende, die eine Seefahrt von Fehmarn aus machen wollen, optimal. Für Touristen, die einfach die Insel erkunden wollen, liegt es auch sehr verkehrsgünstig.

My husband and I wanted to go to the sea again and so we decided on the Hotel Dania. The location was really a dream! We could reach everything quickly on foot and there was even free parking. The staff were incredibly helpful, reason: the hotel is quite old, a lot of things are broken or simply outdated. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The beds were comfortable but very small. Conclusion: nothing special and if you are expecting modern, luxurious accommodation you are definitely in the wrong place, but we knew what we were letting ourselves in for. If you are only there to sleep, it is perfectly adequate.

Beim Zwischenstopp für die Schwedenreise machten wir im nahe des Fährhafen nach Dänemark gelegene Dania für eine Nacht Quartier. Die Qualität der Einrichtung ,das völlig heruntergekommene Bad sowie eine nicht vorhandene Heizung-es stand nur ein kleines Elektro-Öfchen zur Verfügung- muten beim aufgerufenen Preis von 95 Euro mehr als verwegen an . Das freundliche Personal verkündete noch, das zur Zeit kein Frühstück wegen der zu geringen Gästezahl gereicht wird.. Fazit:Nie wieder!

Hotel right by the sea (approx. 500m) 70s style. The rooms look accordingly. The bathroom needs renovation and the room price is too high for what is offered. Breakfast is very limited with little choice and below what is considered standard. Restaurant only offers 2 dishes (chicken breast with chips or potato soup). The tenants are said to have changed and the new ones don't have it under control yet, but they are very friendly.
