Putian Hotels with Pools

I came here on a business trip and stayed in this hotel for the first time. Although I arrived very late, the front desk manager Vicky was enthusiastic and patient in answering questions and helped a lot. The room was also very good and was arranged according to my needs. Very good. Very pleasant. Recommended to stay.

A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water. Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid. Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center but is conveniently close to Putian Train Station. A variety of restaurants are available just across the road, offering great dining choices. The complimentary room upgrade and breakfast were a lovely touch, making the stay much more enjoyable. In

Kuangyuan is an old brand, and Wyndham's hotel management has been improved. The new decoration style is more fashionable, fresh and energetic, with complete facilities, a sanitary environment that is always online, and excellent service, which beats other five-star hotels in seconds🏨 By the way, the front desk Xiaolan's service is great, warm and thoughtful. Come to Putian and stay at Kuangyuan Wyndham.

The room is big, the facilities are good, the stay is very comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade!!

The hotel has a good environment, there is a beach, during the Spring Festival, there are people outside, there are few people on this beach, let us perfectly avoid the flow of people, parents and children are very good. The interior of the room is newly renovated, the decoration is OK, but the bathroom needs to be complained, the bathroom door is not closed, a bath, through the door crack, the water leaks outside. There is also the hotel's emergency ability is too weak. We mentioned that we booked the hotel, and the hotel staff also added WeChat. Because it involves a ferry ticket to the island, in order to fear that there are many people in the Spring Festival, there is a ticket purchase problem, and we also specially asked the staff to buy tickets. The hotel staff made it clear that there was no need to buy tickets in advance, and the result was that when we arrived at the pier, there was no ticket. Calling the hotel, the hotel pushed it and said that they had their own tickets, and they had no way. Later, we could ask Trip.com to intervene, or Trip.com gave a reasonable solution. Overall, the hotel environment is good, there is a beach without people, the interior decoration is not bad, the staff's service attitude is OK, but the hotel is on the southernmost side of the island, away from the center of the island, travel is not convenient. I prefer resort hotels to avoid people, so this hotel still meets my requirements, you can recommend

設施比較老舊。服務員都是穿自己衣服上班，沒有制服。要去前台check in還一度找不到。温泉水要叫阿姨來提前開熱，不然温度太低不敢泡。附近沒有吃的。我們外面吃好了回去，先去試了水温然後找阿姨。阿姨人很好，幫我們先開熱叫我們20分鐘後去。早餐很簡單。

Unfortunately, the glass is a bit dirty, so I didn’t take any photos. Overall great 👍

Throughout the process from check-in to check-out, the staff's attitude is warm, polite and efficient, the swimming pool is clean, the hot spring and swimming are free. This is great. Come back another day.

Hotel service is great, especially the service to Wenjia Wharf. I made up the difference and lived in a sea view room, which was absolutely good value for money! The environment is very good and the walk is first class. The health of star hotels can also be assured. The point is that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. It should be an iconic local hotel.
