Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially Fanny, who is very helpful and provided local advice and places of interest. The breakfast is great too.

The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently and quickly. They patiently answered all our questions about local dining options, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on – the food was fantastic! The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality was excellent. It was incredibly satisfying to start each day with such a rich and delicious meal. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Fengdalin Hotel again on my next visit to Putian, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

The rooms are great, service is excellent, and it feels just like home. Highly recommended for business trips, family vacations, or any type of travel. They even offer complimentary late-night congee, which is a really thoughtful touch. Facilities: Very comprehensive, with self-service laundry available, which is very convenient for guests.

It was full of twists and turns. First of all, the hotel facilities are good, and the room environment and view are also good. However, when we arrived at the bathroom, we actually found a cockroach lying on the floor, which was unexpected. Then we reported it to the front desk, and the front desk said that they would help us change rooms and everything would be fine. However, the waiter who came to assist us in changing rooms had a gloomy face for some reason. The most important thing was that when we said that we had two room cards and wanted to give them to her, she sneered in a weird way. I don’t know what it meant. This was the most uncomfortable thing for us throughout the whole process... Later, the room change went smoothly without any problems. The lobby manager also said that he gave us breakfast coupons as compensation. Everything was good.

I chose Putian Yeohwa Hotel during the May Day holiday and was simply amazed by the service here. The hotel is not only located halfway up the mountain with fresh air, but also has a great view. In particular, the front desk lady Manman not only helped upgrade the room type but also sent welcome fruit. The service was particularly considerate and thoughtful. She asked about my needs before checking in and returned the visit after I left the hotel. The guest room facilities are complete and clean. It was absolutely right to choose this hotel during the May Day holiday. I hope this lady will work smoothly and this hotel will have a prosperous business🥰🥰🥰

The room was spacious and well-appointed. They provided pour-over coffee and good quality tea. The mini-fridge had complimentary sugar-free Coke, sparkling water, and two bottles of iced water. The comfortable bedding included two pillows—one for sleeping and one for propping up—which were a great touch. Earplugs and a steam eye mask were thoughtfully provided for sleeping, even though the room itself was already quite quiet. The shower had strong water pressure, but the overhead shower in my room was unfortunately broken and didn't work. The laundry room was excellent, with plenty of efficient machines and luxurious, well-equipped facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, and there were ample parking spaces, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Overall, with complimentary breakfast included, it offers outstanding value for money. I'll definitely try to choose Orange chain hotels for future stays.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, sanitary and bright, without any odor. It is convenient for eating and shopping around, and the parking is good. They also sent small fruits thoughtfully. The children like it very much. I will choose Dibao Garden next time I come.
