第一間房有大蟲子，換房後房內有異味和蚊子，酒店大堂和公共區域居然不開冷氣，服務差，要2瓶礦泉水要自己下樓去前台拿，不肯送，酒店明明有機器人可送，跟四星酒店的服務不符
