前台服務非常差，兩點退房一點開始電話催，前台説話語氣非常差，入職前怎麼培訓的，住過幾次了，沒有一次遇到有教養的前台，特別是那個女的，連基本的禮儀禮貌都不會，東西付費的一大堆，按金收的那麼高，一心想掙客户的錢，基本的服務又做不好，你們這前台不換真的讓人沒有續住的意願，建議教教前台怎麼説話，怎麼服務，不然就換個前台
