Había reservado/pagado 2 noches. Solo me quedé una y al día siguiente me marché a otro hotel. El olor de humedad de la habitación era insoportable. Al llegar me pusieron en una habitación. Pedí cambio y me dieron otra . Ambas en la planta baja. No vi las del primer piso. Horrible el olor a humedad. Se ha introducido en todo el equipaje. Al volver a Barcelona he lavado alguna ropa 3 veces y persiste la impregnación de la humedad en alguna de ellas. La mochila creo q la tendré q tirar. Además la habitación estaba sucia, dejada.. muy desagradable. Una pena porque las habitaciones son grandes y es un edificio histórico. Pero está absolutamente descuidado

A very decent hotel to stay. Nice and clean. Location is ideal as it is away from crowded beach area hotel but not far from beach. Food is good with all varieties. services are commendable.

When we check in, there was lizard in the room, outside of the rooms. We then asked for a room change, they shifted us to next room. While using it's bathroom the toilet seat was leaking, it was leaking on the floor of the toilet.
The hotel staff again shifted us to the old room with lizards. It was terrible experience.

Excellent stay where from the beginning the experience was superb. Special surprise was organised by my friend with the support of F&B Manager Mr. Jagannath Dixit (custom room decor). Rooms are great and very classy vintage furniture. Ambiance is fabulous. Nice pool area; although we didn’t use. The building has a victorian charm. Excellent stay overall. One dampening situation was a sudden stench that came from the bathroom which required us to shift to a different room temporarily. The breakfast is perfect and services very prompt across all departments - House Keeping/ Room Services/ Guest Services / F&B .

We had a most wonderful time at this hotel The property is colonial in style and very well kept Very clean Rooms are spacious and very comfortable And the warm hospitality of the staff made our holiday very relaxing and memorable The food at the restaurant was delicious Everything was perfect Thank you BNR CHANAKYA

Verything about the hotel has a old world charm. Food is great so is the staff, Shankar was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Nice environment inside the hotel, lot of parking space. Overall very good experience.

This hotel is a great hotel!. Beautiful layout, spacious rooms, comfy beds, clean amenities. Plus amazing service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. They were available at all times to accomodate our needs with generosity. Highly recommended!
