The online payment gateways, don’t work. I couldn’t book my rooms. I am extremely disappointed and there is ongoing list of conversation. In the end, I was blamed that, my CC had issues. I was extremely happy to see that we have got beautiful property, but the chain of conversation and the Resorts failed gateway of payment made things worse. Extremely disappointed at the way they deal with customers, I was finally told these are business hours madam, please don’t disturb us. At one point I was so disappointed that they are not even paying attention to future customers and they are saying that they don’t want to be disturbed. I regret my decision of even changing my hotel and contacting a local property.

It was very nice experience. Everything was good. The behaviour of the front staff were so good & so friendly Gyana babu & Roshna Mam.Specially But there should be improvement on little more cleanness in the washroom....................

Being here was quite a pleasure for me and my whole family. I'd love to come here again and feel the fresh air of Toshali Sands. The greenery here was something that I'll always adore and miss. The staffs such as Mr. Ashish, Mr. Uttam and Ms. Roshni were really kind to us and helped us with many things. The service here was quite good as well. A big thanks to the chef, Mr. Sagar. All over it was awesome being here for 3 days. We enjoyed a lot, the pool, the beach, the gardens, trees, the food, everything was a ten on ten.

We had Awesome experience at Premier Resort Warmest Hospitality Awesome food also got upgrade to Cottage Room The most very important very nice Birthday Celebration on 6th May arranged especially by General Manager Anivaran Sanyal with officials it was indeed most memorable moment it touched my heart

The entire restaurant staff are really gem of a person , they treat every guest as their own family members, very humble , respectful & true to there hearts.... I would like to mention a few names specially sukant pradhan , uttam, vibhu , Ashish and lastly a salute women powers , roshini, priyanka and minati & the banquet manager ravi narayan mahapatra... Kudos to the team....
