I thought as this is a 3-star hotel, it is going to be a smooth stay. But unfortunately, it was not the case. First, i got the wrong room type, and then after i mentioned it, it was changed. Filled with mosquitoes and after asking for numerous, they gave mosquito repellent. Food was good and couple of stafs were good. Apart from that all just not ok. Only benifit was it is near to the most beautiful beaches in puri. I am not going again there.

I have stayed in park lagoon since 25 jan'24 to 27 jan'24 it was nice experience for hotel and hotel staff are very humble and helpful hotel location is awesome near to niladri beach we can enjoy at beach at every time i will ref-fer every one for staying in park lagoon

The room was not clean, ac was not working properly and most of all the bathroom was disastrous. The soap holder was broken, water was leaking from the geyser, the taps were rusted & the faucet was thrown down as its holder was also broken. In other words it was a terrible terrible experience.

not good, experience very bad, not providing shop, shampoo have to ask again n again not responding properly even food price is high quality not good..

Rooms are not same as shown in photos. Room with 4 beds smells very badly and water in washroom also not coming properly. No drinking water services in room and food delivery is too late
