I had a great stay at Mayfair Heritage, Puri, with a few ups and downs. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was really good, and most of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Pravanjan from housekeeping was the best—extremely kind and attentive. Sushmeeta provided excellent service, making our stay comfortable. The waiters at the restaurant were also very attentive, and the rest of the hotel staff were professional and polite. The staff training was excellent, except for Pritam, the reception manager, whose rude attitude made it seem like he was doing us a favor rather than providing service, which was quite disappointing. The private beach was really nice, but the locality from the public beach was a bit far. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. However, the buffet food was just average, and the à la carte menu did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. One major issue I faced was the lack of "Beware of Monkeys" signs near the windows. Since there were no warnings, I left the window open, and monkeys entered our room, taking some of our belongings. Fortunately, Pravanjan managed to recover them for us, but this could have been avoided with proper signage. The rooms were fine overall, but the washbasin area in the washroom was a bit uncomfortable. Despite a few setbacks, the hotel has a lot of good things to offer. With a little improvement in food quality and addressing individual staff behavior, it could truly deliver a five-star experience.

Muy bien servicio en este hotel. Las vistas son muy buenas. El personal siempre dispuesto y muy amable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es un hotel en el que se puede descansar muy bien en una zona confortable. Volveremos para una estancia más larga.

The staff is very courteous. Ashok who served is took really good care of us. However the amenities and quality of rooms provided vis a vis the room rent is jot justifiable. I feel more can be done to improve the rooms. ……………………………………………………..

Thank u so much for such an exceptional service saujanya and ashok especially. The location is amazing, although in my opinion the timings of the brach should be extended as it is more peaceful and serene during the evening. The quality of the food is really nice.

Our lunch experience at the Verandah,the Indo chinese restaurant was fabulous.The FnB Manager Deenabandu was so courteous and helpful in giving us good menu recommendations.We were served with great seafood and the Prawn fried rice was amazing.

Got an electric shock from the iron they provided. They are under staff in restaurant and everything you order will not arrive before 30 mins. Buffet spread is good however they have same for all days i believe.

Property is amazing. Aesthetic and tasteful. Breakfast spread was amazingly delicious and full of choices. Lunch and dinner have good amount of selctions for both veg and non-veg. Best property in puri. Had an amazing stay. Thanks heritage staff for a wonderful hospitality.
