Hotel Suv Palace

One of the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. Service is one of the poorest, you can see here. People, dont have courtesy how to talk to their guest. Secondly, There was a spot booking of 1st floor sea facing room but was given room at 2nd floor when we discussed this, they start fighting & yelling at us. Cleanliness, you cant see here. There was always foul smell in bathroom. Electric cattle, glasses all were dirty & had to request multiple times to get it cleaned. Water they say it is RO but it taste like muncipal water, we had to buy bottles.

"Worst hotel, doesn't deserve even 1 star. The hotel is old, but the rates are high. Rooms are dirty, with a foul smell in the bathroom. You can't sleep properly due to traffic noise, which enters the room despite closed windows. Staff were extremely rude, lacking basic courtesy when interacting with guests. I booked a 1st-floor room 10 days in advance but was given a 2nd-floor room without any price adjustment. At checkout, they claimed it was our mistake for accepting the room, and if we had refused, we would have faced a 30% penalty on our booking amount. This hotel has the worst staff behavior. Avoid booking a room here."

Rooms are small has matchbox. Room rent is twice of what the fair rent should be. Mineral water is not available in room. Washrooms are dirty and smell of kitchen keeps coming from the exhaust. We saw lizard in the washroom as well. Rooms were dirty and looked weren’t cleaned in over 6months. Staff was impolite, came at 10:30pm to collect advance while we were dining in the room. Despite deficient services, we weren’t allowed late check out and had to pay a full nights rent even when checking out at 2pm

The rooms were not ready for at least 2 hours after the check-in time and the service was not good. The pictures given in the photographs do not match with the actual room. It is much smaller. And the staff was rude and unapproachable. Definitely do not recommend.
