Worried after seeing the reviews. But went ahead with booking and statyed in Nilachal on 13th July, Sunday. No issues with check-in at 0430 hrs. The reception boy told, any problem can be attended after 07 AM only. Luckily no issues. New AC, perfectly working. Looks like all furnishings are new, probably changed for Ratha yatra. Reception counter was durty, but room looks good. Request the management to maintain it. Very close to temple. Stayed without any hastles. Request to instal exhaust fans in bathrooms.

Very bad rooms and stinking. Pathetic service… rude staff… lift not working… We asked them to clean room but no response and also requested for extra bed but no response.. please opt other option they don’t even care to response… Please avoid. I would like give bad words to manager..
