Property is not maintained properly. Matress and bedsheet are very cheap quality and not as per the price standard. They provided very thin blanket in winter also. It is not a hotel type, it is just like a dharmashala. Service is not properly given. Not expected form make my trip, that they provide this hotel in such a high price and given valued property. This property not worth than 500- day. I want refund from this booking, as it is not expected form makemytrip.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are clean but the staff is not helpful. Also there was a powercut and we were left in the dark for over 30 mins without any notice.

Room was ok. But bed and blanket is kind of worst condition. Not clean. Bathroom was ok ok types. No geyser available.

Property from entrance looks good, but rooms are not good. Matress is not good. They are providing cheap quality thin blanket for winter time also.Room service is only available when you call the hotelier 2 times, no cleaning from their side. Overall property is good from look, but which a guest wants like room, mattress, blanket, cleanliness as per this price not good.Other wise staff and reception behaviour so good.

Disappointed with the experience
i had high expectations based on the reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dust and stains on the linens. The air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable throughout the stay. The staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns. Additionally, the noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep. For the price i paid, i expected much better. Unfortunately, i cannot recommend this place.

I am quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We had booked three rooms, and unfortunately, each one had its own set of problems.
The bathroom doors in all the rooms wouldn’t close properly.
One of the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay.
Another room had a toilet that didn’t flush properly.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired—common areas were not well-maintained, and the rooms themselves felt like they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
