The service was not at all good the manager was not available at the place, ac of the room was not working they provided us room like after 3 hrs of check in time one of my worst experiences.

The hotel should be avoided. There was no power backup, it was completely dark when there was power cut and had to stay in dark waiting for the power to retun. Breakfast was included. The breakfast that was served was one day old repurposed. The hotel did not have proper amenities, and looked not ready. Should be avoided

Worst hotel to stay at puri beach, far away from main sea beach, complementary breakfast not provided. Experienced late night power cut (worst experience. No shop/dukan nearby for basic need. Never recommend for stay. Worst part is location showing in google map (its a trap)

Staff behaviour is good but there was no instant power backup available, and hotel is not the sea facing although you can say sea facing from side. Market is 22 mins walking distance from the hotel. It is beside the east west hotel in puri marine drive road.

It was a little bit far from the main market so if you need somewhere away from hustle and bustle this might be the choice. There was no food availability and the food menu we got in the hotel room was for another hotel and that was not edible at all. Hygiene and safety standards were fine and the staff is polite.
