For the price, the hotel is, in our opinion, a good alternative for a few days with the family. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel was the best surprise.

I would like to start with the reception, which needs a little empathy for the situations of the guests, not to mention that for safety and tranquility we had requested a room on the second level and away from the pool float. It is an apartment hotel where the kitchen is included but does not work unless it is turned on upon request. And finally, the hot water never came to me; but even worse, what I cannot fail to mention is the air conditioning, which needs a little cleaning since this can ruin a night for anyone, especially those who suffer from rhinitis, allergies or other afflictions due to dust. And the breakfast was not bad but for those who know the Creole breakfast it leaves a lot to be desired, it would have been better to have gone to Doña Chucha on the corner and had more variety.

The room was nice and comfortable, super cool with the air conditioning, we were only there for one night but we really liked it, the pool looks clean and the food in the restaurant is very good, we loved the fried rice and noodles, much better than the food they give at the Resorts! Recommended

My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights in March after getting off a cruise. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite nice, good food and very accommodating. The pool was kept clean, there were very few people using the pool so no problem with access. There were tables beside the pool to sit and read as well. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the hwy and although the roads and sidewalks were broken up, we felt quite safe (2 ladies), a KFC and Pizza Hut were on the hwy if you wanted more North American fare. The staff were the best, they could not do enough for you. They arranged our transport to and from the airport and we took a trip to Bavaro Beach as well. The price was good, the rooms clean and sufficiently large. A bit noisy at night time with local church bells etc.. but nothing we could not deal with. A great place to stay.

good establishment not far from Punta Cana airport. free and secure parking. Clean room with well-equipped bathroom. Good breakfast by the pool. ideal for a late arrival or early departure..transit room.

The front office and restaurant staff are super nice. The hotel is in a very busy residential area, so we did not leave the hotel grounds. The property has a gate that is closed at night. Close to airport. Clean, but pretty bare bones accommodations.

The hotel is great! It's new (renovated), with super attentive staff and a good breakfast. It is excellent value for money too. We only stayed one night when we arrived in Punta Cana, but I would definitely stay again!
