This is a beautiful resort. From the security to check in process, it was pure perfection. Although our rooms were not ready, we were giving access to the lunch while we kindly waited. Our check in young lady was Nicole and she was very sweet and attentive. We had a hostess also named Nicole and Maria, they were wonderful and very sweet. We had a few servers named Bladimir( 2 of them), Miguel, and Juan. We encountered so many wonderful workers on the property, everyone was very happy. Ezekiel went above and beyond to make my mom and I feel special. Pablo was so great at giving us some great places to eat. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian restaurant, Wok, and the steak house. Liery from the night entertainment was wonderful. So was the DJ. We only wish the karaoke was a little longer and we could have stayed longer.

We recently spent five wonderful days at Sanctuary Cap Cana and chose to stay at The Castle. From the very first day, Emilio made our stay exceptional. He warmly welcomed us, drove us around the resort in a golf cart, and introduced us to all the restaurants and facilities. Every morning he thoughtfully sent us reminders about the day’s activities, which helped us make the most of our time. Since some of the popular restaurants require reservations, Emilio always checked with us the evening before or early in the morning about our dinner plans, and he would secure the reservations for us in advance. This level of care made our vacation completely stress-free and relaxing. On our last evening, he even surprised us with champagne and cake in our room, adding such a romantic and memorable touch to our trip. Emilio’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for his help and could not have been more satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend both Sanctuary Cap Cana and the wonderful service provided by Emilio!

Stayed here for my birthday and it was an absolute gem of a resort. It’s beautiful, well maintained, and felt very luxurious. We stayed at the Castle and were assigned a personal butler named Camacho, who went above and beyond taking care of me and my husband. He booked our restaurant reservations, drove us around in the golf cart whenever we needed, and even handled check-in and check-out. We felt more than well taken care of the entire stay. The hotel itself is honestly the most beautiful resort we’ve ever stayed at. Food was a highlight—WOK was our favorite! I recommend making dinner reservations as soon as you can since the popular ones fill up fast. The cocktails by the pool were top-notch, and we loved that service was always quick and friendly. The only not-so-good thing was that we went during sargassum season, so the beach wasn’t usable. But with five gorgeous pools, Sanctuary Town packed with food options, and multiple bars around the property, there was more than enough to do—we honestly didn’t feel like we missed out. If you’re celebrating something special, staying at the Castle is 100% worth it. It made my birthday unforgettable. Pro tip: ask for Camacho if you can, don’t skip the pool bar, and give yourself time to explore—this place is huge and so worth it.

This hotel is beautiful. Customer service was outstanding especially my butler Camacho. I booked the Jr suite swim up so was in the castle. They will give you a golf ride to the main lobby where the restaurants are if you ask. There is an ocean bar with a pool where you can get a light lunch and snacks for those in the castle. Food was good at the Italian and Steakhouse. Sanctuary town was horrible. Disappointed in the $10 room service fee. As a Titanium I got nothing extra. Other international hotels have given a bottle of champagne or wine or fruit or dessert. It did not look like the swim up had been cleaned in awhile as there was moss/algea on the steps. Dreams is next door so I got a lot of noise from there. The beach was covered by sargasum but i had the pool so did not mind. I heard it is bad this year. I came here as the Zoetry Aqua was being renovated. I feel I get better value for the same amount of money at that resort as they do not charge extra for room service and give a free bottle of champagne and rum. Quieter too.

Just got back from our second visit to Sanctuary and we had the best time. The service here is amazing, the property is breathtakingly beautiful, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Me and my husband never travel to the same place twice, but when we needed to book a quick easy getaway, it was a no brainer to come back to Sanctuary. I am currently 8.5 months pregnant and the staff took such good care of me. Keyla at the pool took care of us on our first day and made sure we had somewhere comfortable with shade to sit, going out of her way when it was very busy. And then for the rest of the week our buddy Felix helped us get set up each morning with whatever we needed, always greeting us with the biggest smile. Having him helping us was a lifesaver and made our trip so much more stress free. He made sure we had a great week. We had trouble getting dining reservations at Wok for a lot of the week, and Katia from the hostesses truly went out of her way to help get us in for the omakase experience, which was also incredible. Truly all of the people that work here make the experience amazing, and we will definitely be back for a third time!

What an exceptional stay! Sanctuary far exceeded my expectations. This property has set the standard for all inclusives. From the courteous check in with signature drinks to the well appointed room to the impeccably clean grounds, there’s too much to praise for this review. We had the privilege of dining at Wok, Steakhouse, and the Italian restaurant. The meals were to everyone’s delight. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a serene view and sounds. Our favorite staff members were Sergio, Jensy, Emmanuel, and Isabel. We spent time in the main pool, hung out at the swim up bar, and rested under our cabana when we needed a moment to eat. We left for an excursion that was arranged by concierge. This is an exquisite property that I cannot recommend enough!

Beautiful grounds with great staff and atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the pool staff that kept up a fun lively vibe going without it getting too crazy. The destination bar by the beach had great bartenders who made us some delicious and unique cocktails?
