Después de hablar con Rafael, el gerente del hotel, ¡ya no quiero quedarme contigo! Eres una persona grosera y preocupada. ¿Cómo pueden siquiera permitir que alguien así atienda a los huéspedes? The hotel is located next to Jumbo and Coco Bongo, which is convenient. The hotel itself is clean, but the towels in the rooms are poorly washed, there is a lot of hair, and this is unpleasant. I stayed with a dog and they asked for an extra $35 on top of the rate. Communication with manager Rafael is especially unpleasant. He is too concerned with ****** and pesters all single female tourists, including me. After this, you want to leave here as soon as possible. Dear hotel management / take action against this manager

My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great.
The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way.
My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile.
But overall a wonderful stay.
