Playa Palmera Beach Resort

Morning. I would like to address several issues we have encountered since arrival. Some there have been efforts and others are ongoing issues. 1. AC not working in several rooms…some were addressed however since then one room the air is out again. 2. We were not able to cook the food we purchased due to stove not working this took till hours to get someone to address 3. There is NO hot water despite following posted instructions to wait 4 minutes after this time frame the water pressure becomes a trickle. There was effort by resort however it made no difference. At present we need the water situation sorted and resolved so we can at least shower 4. Some of the beds and bathrooms were not cleaned. Hair on pillows, beds, floor, an beds,. Stains on sheet. 5. The hot tub did not get hot at all, this was eventually addressed 6. Soiled, stained an dirty dishes 7. When the rains fell the water pooled making the stairs unsafe. While paying for an expecting 4+star luxury accommodations these issues both resolved an unresolved makes this property less than. I giving you an opportunity to right the wrongs we have endured before posting this review for public consumption. I await your response Unsatisfied guest

Had an amazing girls trip. Our 2 floor pent house was clean, big, comfortable and the best view of the pool and see. 2 terraces to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Micker our concierge was always available and responsive. All little issues were taken care of rapidly

I really enjoyed my stay the Concierge Micker was absolutely amazing. He really did take care of us our whole stay while in Dominican. I rate him a five Star Super Host.

The apartments are very nice, they look new. The pool could have been a little cleaner but it was fine
