Es un hotel antiquísimo. El cual lamentablemente carece de una mantención y renovación adecuada por las siguientes razones: - La habitación no tiene una caja fuerte funcional (solo queda confiar en el personal y más si cada vez que se sale de la habitación hay que dejar las llaves en la recepción para que hagan el aseo. - El baño no es cómodo ni mucho menos funcional. En mi estancia el agua caliente de la tina nunca funciono (a pesar de que notifique jamás la arreglaron), el espacio donde estaba el W.C era pequeño dificultando su uso, no te proporcionan shampoo y el jabón líquido era notorio que estaba mezclado con agua. - La calefacción es por radiadores y cuando estaba funcional, se notaba muy bien temperada la habitación. Pero la calefacción la apagan, incluso en la noche provocando que se pase frio. - En la habitación, corrí un poco el escritorio dado que se me había caído detrás las llaves y este casi se desarmo (esto habla de lo antiguo y poca mantención) - El internet del hotel es deficiente, pero la cobertura móvil es buenísima entonces se soluciona compartiendo internet desde el celular. Como puntos positivos: - Es un alojamiento barato y fuera de lo negativo tiene lo justo y necesario para alojar (si solucionaran los puntos negativos seria perfecto). - El desayuno es tal cual se promete, básico para poder partir el día, pero es lo esperable. - El personal es amable y son flexible en horas de desayuno (cuando hay tour) u opciones para el check in/out

I have been debating how to write this review. The facilities are definitely lacking. I would say 1-2 stars. It was clean, ish. But it was very loud - we were street level so ear plugs were mandatory. Also, the shower was VERY high up. It was difficult to get into and out of. The shower stopped working Sunday night and they did get someone in Monday to get it working again. The BEST part of this hotel was the fact they would work with you for breakfast times. We had breakfast at 5am and then 5:30am the next day when our tours were 6am or 6:15am. Now, my husband was horrified by the state of the bathroom floors. I pointed out that it was just the coating coming off. But yeah, this is definitely like a one star property. BUT! Their willingness to fix the shower and the willingness to do an early breakfast was super helpful. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But if you need a place that allowed check in at all hours, is centrally located, and works with you on breakfast and are okay with sub-par accommodations? Worth it. I would call this hostel level accommodations with very attentive service. They did do housekeeping services every day! But the accommodations are very dated and leave much to be desired. However, if check in flexibility and breakfast times are important, it’s worth it!

Overall it is a very nice hotel, centrally located, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay there.

La habitación es cómoda y tiene de todo. El personal que está trabajando en el hotel proporciona una atención excelente, mejor imposible, son muy amables y ayudan en todo lo posible. La ubicación es buena, y el desayuno completo y rico.

The hotel simply needs renovation. Especially the toilets, cause the showerig cabin was in pretty bad shape. Additionaly, to get to the only electrical socket in the room i had to shift the table. Still, it ws pretty clean and the staff was friendly.
