There is an elevator, clean and tidy, there is bottled water in the room, and the front desk service is good. Breakfast starts very early, and you can order eggs.

Lovely decadent hotel, very unique and with beautiful decor inside, and only half a block away from the main square. It has heaters in the rooms, unlike some of the other hotels in Puno. Breakfast is basic but delicious. For the price this hotel is a bargain, I highly recommend it for one or two nights in Puno and it’s definitely worth to stay here overnight and take a morning walk at the lake.
