We enjoyed the time we spent at Casa Andina el Lago in Puno. The staff at the reception was friendly, respectful and very helpful, specially Fredy was very kind and welcoming. The installations were clean and comfortable, peaceful and the hotel has a nice view on Lake Titicaca very special to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quelqatani hotel это было настоящим спасением. Мы ехали сюда из Арекипе и по дороге из 30 градусной жары нас настигла пурга и резкое похолодание аж до -5. Такой перепад был резким, шёл снег. Мы резко в автобусе переодевали вместо купальников куртки и дико замёрзли. Отель подготовлен к такой температуре. В номере было тепло. А внизу стояли кислородные баллоны, так как Пуна это высокогрный город. Мы провели здесь совсем немного времени, но были окружены заботой и вниманием. Здесь очень спокойно, просторные номера, отлично работающий вай фай и вкусные завтраки.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to Cusco to acclimatise a bit. We were greeted with lovely service from all staff and our room was absolutely perfect. Room was extremely comfortable and bed was very clean. The Wi-Fi was good and it was so nice to come back in from the cold and always be able to have a hot shower (not like some other hotels we’ve stayed at). There was also coca tea always available in reception. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice but there was quite a long wait time (45-60 mins and we were the only table there), food was worth the wait though!

I stayed at Tierra Viva in Puno, Sacred Valley, and Machupicchu. All were great, comfortable, with a dash of luxury. What was remarkable during our last stay in Puno is that we received attentive and heart-warming service by Maicrus that made us feel welcome at all times. This is a lovely little boutique hotel that is less than a 100 meters from the Plaza de Armas and Cathedral. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. They provided a space heater for the chilly night. The Stagg was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with some selections of bread, fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, and of course coffee and tea selections. They offer coca tea too for those arriving at altitude.

What a great Hotel in Puno! Starting for the location: it's right on the main street of the shops, stores, restaurants even though, Very quiet. 1 block away from the main square. Clean, very cosy ( nice furniture, carpet, warm in winter,elevator) and very affordable (the price include the breakfast). Definitely high quality for a very very good price! GGuest UserThis was a really great place to stay! The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really made our visit to Puno a pleasure. Well located, it is a short 10 min walk to the main plaza and a 15-20 min stroll down to the water. The rooms are clean, comfortable, beds warm with plenty of hot water. The included breakfast tasty and prompt. No matter our departure time they were up to help. The coffee by the way is excellent! We were travelling as a family with a couple younger kids and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I think this is a place where tourists rarely go ... has a swimming pool! The pool wasn’t very early so I parked my car to take pictures. I had no door to get in and out freely! Recommended as it offers panoramic views of Lake Takata and Pool City!
