The man at the front desk was extremely kind. Everyone else was also kind. When I asked for a taxi to the bus terminal at night but couldn't get one, they sent me a taxi instead. I'm grateful.
I think it would be more comfortable if they could improve the bathroom's facilities to remove moisture. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities.

In dit hotel maakten het personeel ons het hof! Heel vriendelijk, onze koffers werden via de trap direct naar boven gesjouwd. In de kamer werd er nog een kacheltje geïnstalleerd, top! Ontbijt op maat. Ze rennen voor je! Kamer was schoon, groot, comfortabele bedden. Lekkere kussens .

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and warm. Breakfast is included, it’s close to Plaza de Armas, nice hot showers and good WiFi.

Do not overlook this hotel. Its very clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel is also very good value for money snd very central.If your staying in puno for a few days or using it as a stopping point to Boliva or Uros islands on lake titicaca this is the perfect hotel.

Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!!
Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet.
The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus. We really appreciated the terrific service.
