El hotel está en pleno corazón histórico de Puno, por lo que la ubicación es inmejorable. El trato ha sido excelente desde que llegamos ya que se adelantó nuestra llegada a la ciudad y nos dejaron hacer uso de la habitación aunque no era la hora del check-in. Al estar en pleno centro el sábado había muchísimo ambiente para lo bueno y para lo malo (por el ruido) pero a nosotros no nos resultó incómodo en absoluto. Todo super limpio, agua calentita y el desayuno correcto. Relación calidad precio perfecta. Lo recomiendo 100%!!

Slecht hotel. Geen ramen! Enkel 3 schuifraampjes die niet eens aansluiten zodat alle tocht en lawaai binnen kwam. Je krijgt een radiator op de kamer van het kleinste formaat. Douche moet je 5 minuten laten lopen vooraleer je warm water hebt. Regelen kan je niet, zodra je aan de koude kraan komt wordt het steenkoud. Dus heel heet of ijskoud, kiezen maar. Bed is proper.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel avant de partir pour le lac titicaca. Notre chambre était au 4 ème étage. Il n'y a pas d'isolation extérieure. Nous entendions tous les bruits des voitures et passants. Nous avons également voulu prendre une douche. Il y a eu un mini jet glacé pendant 1 minute puis plus rien. Nous n'avions plus d'eau dans la douche, dans les toilettes et dans l'évier. Selon notre guide, cet hôtel a récemment changé de propriétaire. Ce qui pourrait expliquer la détérioration des services par rapport à avant.
