El hotel es muy lindo , las camas son cómodas y calentitas, tienen servicio de te las 24 hrs , algo importante es que tiene ascensor y el agua de la ducha es caliente . La wifi y la señal por cable funcionaron muy bien. Como solo nos quedamos una noche y al otro día nos íbamos temprano , nos empacaron el desayuno . Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía cómoda.

Ótimo hotel com atendimento excelente. Fica bem próximo a catedral e a praça de armas. É possível ir caminhando também até o lago titicaca e ir caminhando até a estação de ónibus. Quarto excelente, choveiro quente e muito bom. Café da manhã delicioso com várias frutas frescas e várias outras opções.

pretty bad hotel! i was surprised with delta stay vacation reviews saying it is wonderful. the lady at the front desk is very nice though. and the hotel had packages for tours. but the other hotels had their own tour packages too. -BLOOD stain on bed sheet -dead bug on curtains -room is too tight. i have no where to walk without tripping with our luggages -hallway is too tight -room is cold -we were not comfortable -i finally found other reviews. one said he even went inside the room and there was no bed! i can believe it! we went searching for other hotels close by and closer to the plaza. all were much nicer than kaaro hotel. these hotels even let us go inside and look at their rooms: Hotel Hacienda plaza de armas is nice Casona Plaza Centro is nice Tierra Viva Puno is also nice

La estancia fue muy agradable, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El personal, sobre todo, Érika, fue súper amable y atenta, nos guardó las maletas durante todo el día siguiente a nuestra estancia, y nos ofreció unas infusiones mientras esperábamos. Lo recomendamos 100% y repitiríamos sin dudas :)

Hotel super limpio, acogedor, indicaciones claras sobre horario de desayunos, etc, personal muy amable y presto a ayudar al huesped. Habitaciones con todo lo necesario, infusiones y termo de agua caliente 24/7 a disposicion, vistas lindas de la cuidad.

Excelente hotel para viaje en familia, amigos o pareja, habitaciones muy acogedoras, muy buena la limpieza, personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno fue excelente, muy variado y deleitoso. Totalmente recomendado si están pensando en visitar Puno.

Muy buena la atención, me encanto la limpieza, se siente acogedor y muy ordenado. No me falto nada , agua caliente todo el dia. Las sabanas limpias y toallas tbn limpias , eso fue lo que mas me agrado su limpieza. Recomendado para pasar un momento confortable

Belle vue mais ressemble à un hôpital l’isolation est à refaire l’hygiène des chambres n’est pas super (moustiques écrasés) repas satisfaisant mais sans plus ne mérite pas 5 étoiles
