房間很乾凈，出門左轉一分鐘就可以到武器廣場。地理位置絕佳。早餐很豐富，每天都換一兩樣新的食物，工作人員很熱心。漂浮島半日遊也是在酒店訂的，6美金，包括酒店--碼頭接送，之前在Peru hop上看的要15美金，這個行程價格合理，漂浮島很值得一看。

Desde que llegas te hacen sentir como en casa, muy buena atención y orientación respecto a los tours contratados. La habitación limpia y ordenada y el personal muy amable: A mejorar: - El interruptor de luz del baño estaba defectuoso (habitación 405), parecía que uno se podía electrocutar en cualquier momento. - La atención del personal del turno noche fue muuucho mejor que el de día, que ni sabía cuántos días estaba alojado allí. - La habitación podría tener más iluminación. Solo había un foco y ya, no había lámparas para leer antes de dormir ni nada por el estilo.

Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a great hotel. We recommend it to everyone because of its complete service and reasonable price. It is a complete hotel with everything, its rooms are spacious, its breakfast is good, its staff is friendly and helpful. We were with my wife and we were very happy. They even gave us a heater when we asked. Since we did not see any faults, there is nothing negative to write.

Fue una grata experiencia, el hotel es céntrico muy cerca a todos los lugares de interés como restaurantes, casas de cambio, bancos y farmacias. La atención de personal muy buena te ayudan con toda la información que quieras saber ofrecen tour muy buenos a precios justos. Very nice hotel right in the center of town. Very attentive personnel, heater in the room !!!!, nice bed, pillows, hot water. Breakfast is tasty with lots of fruit choices, eggs, cereals, cheese etc Great value for money, highly recommend!!!

Es un hotel completo con todo, sus habitaciones son amplias, su desayuno es bueno y su personal es amable y servicial. Estuve con mi esposa y quedamos muy contentos. Incluso nos dieron un calentador en nuestra habitación cuando lo solicitamos. No hay nada negativo que escribir ya que no vimos ningún error.
