Front desk staff not friendly. Room smelled of sewage and had stained carpets. Booked through hotel's website and ended up getting lower quality room than other guests who booked through third party vendors. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het grote plein en om de hoek is de winkelstraat met restaurants, wisselkantoor etc. Naar de haven is wat verder weg. Wij hadden een ruime kamer, ontbijten kan al heel vroeg. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en zeker uitgebreid te noemen.

Desde que llegas te hacen sentir como en casa, muy buena atención y orientación respecto a los tours contratados. La habitación limpia y ordenada y el personal muy amable: A mejorar: - El interruptor de luz del baño estaba defectuoso (habitación 405), parecía que uno se podía electrocutar en cualquier momento. - La atención del personal del turno noche fue muuucho mejor que el de día, que ni sabía cuántos días estaba alojado allí. - La habitación podría tener más iluminación. Solo había un foco y ya, no había lámparas para leer antes de dormir ni nada por el estilo.

Just what we needed for a one night stay in Puno before a tour of Lake Titicaca. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, tidy and gives a sense of luxury. Incredibly comfortable beds and large rooms. Breakfast was included which helped us start our day just right. We were also able to leave our luggage for over 24 hours as we set off on our tour for free which was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a great hotel. We recommend it to everyone because of its complete service and reasonable price. It is a complete hotel with everything, its rooms are spacious, its breakfast is good, its staff is friendly and helpful. We were with my wife and we were very happy. They even gave us a heater when we asked. Since we did not see any faults, there is nothing negative to write.

Fue una grata experiencia, el hotel es céntrico muy cerca a todos los lugares de interés como restaurantes, casas de cambio, bancos y farmacias.
