Then, no plug can be used, the plugs do not fit, we arrived at night freezing and we wanted to turn on the heating and we couldn't plug in. I called reception and the answer was: IN THEORY THE PLUG DOES WORK, terrible response, I asked them to send someone and they came and couldn't do it either, they had to bring adapters. Lastly, terrible internet!!! My first day and already this whole bad experience. We'll see how we go the rest of the week.
