It is an impressive hotel that is located very close to Lake Titicaca. We had a wide view of it from our room. The hotel has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The food I good, too. We had steak of alpaca. Leonardo made us two excellent pisco sours! Thanks!

Lo más de lo más, el Sr. Fermin es lo más competente que he visto en mucho tiempo. La cocina estupenda, el personal súper atento, las instalaciones agradables. Por poner una pega, esta algo apartado del centro, pero bueno existen los taxis qué son muy económicos

Cenamos en el hotel unos sanwis buenísimos y Leonardo nos atendido muy amable y respetuoso. Las camas muy cómodas. A la hora del equipaje muy serviciales, querían hasta dejarnos las maletas en la habitación. Todo bieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeennnnn....

o hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa do Lago Titicaca e um acesso por uma ponte sobre a avenida para chegar um pier sobre o lago para ver um belíssimo por-do-sol. Além disso o hotel tem um restaurante bem gostoso e o café da manhã é farto e bom! O único problema é ser um pouco longe do centro de Puno.

Realizamos passeio pelo Peru. Hotel José Antônio de Puno foi reconfortante após longa viagem de carro com muitos participantes. Expedição Brasil a Machu Pichu. Excelente atendimento. Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Restaurante incrível!

Great hotel with fantastic views of Puno and Lake Titicaca. Room was big, and the bed very comfortable. First night was an amazing electric storm and lightning kept striking the mast opposite the hotel - what it is there for I guess. Celine and Leonardo in the bar were great characters, especially when I pretended to Leonardo that the wine he had given me to taste was disgusting - we laughed. A bit of a trek into the tourist harbour, but on an organised tour it was fine. Food was good, service OK, and all round a great experience before heading back to Lima.
