La Cama y el baño muy cómodos. El restaurante está abierto todo el día y facilita las comidas cuando llegamos cansados de los paseos. Allí nos atendió Juan, siempre muy amable y con las mejores recomendaciones. Todo el personal es atento y servicial.

Las habitaciones y la recepción muy buena, el desayuno variado, en el restaurante nos atendieron excelente, sobretodo Juan que siempre fue muy amable y atento. Lo único para comentar es que en la ducha la temperatura fluctuaba bastante y por momentos el agua estaba demasiado caliente o demasiado fría. De todos modos fui a la única de mi familia que le ocurrió.

Hotel con vista sul lago Titicaca, camera spaziosa. Colazione e ristorante con molta scelta e ottimo servizio (ci ha servito Renzo, molto disponibile!). Se si avessero problemi con altitudine, è disponibile al piano reception una postazione per l'ossigeno.

Nice hotel located just outside PUNO overlooking Lake Titticaca just off the main road Courtesy from staff excellent and good buffet breakfast and choice of evening meal Rooms slightly tired but with excellent views -would definitely recommend

Fui muito bem atendida pelo garçom Renzo. Muito atencioso. O hotel é ótimo, muito bem localizado, o serviço é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom, com horário diferenciado. A limpeza dos quartos é ótima. A vista do hotel é do quarto é maravilhosa.

Gentilissimi ed efficienti. Camere pulite e con bella vista sul lago. Al ristorante, buono, i camerieri sono efficienti e gentilissimi. I piatti provati, della tradizione peruviana, ci sono piaciuti. Un particolare ringraziamento a Dania gentile e disponibile.

The hotel is on the main road to Bolivia south of Puno rather isolated overlooking the lake. I would say this hotel was built in the 70’s, the room was a good size, overlooking the lake. But it was a bit dated. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I was supplied a fan. The staff were very helpful and my room was pretty quiet, apart from the odd noise of traffic on occasion it was comfortable. The food was excellent, I probably would stay here again. More of a 3.5 stars.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber mit Blick auf den Titicacasee. Das Restaurant bietet gutes, gut gewürztes und reichhaltiges Essen mit lokaler Küche. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Unterhaltung ist schwierig, weil der Raum sehr hallt
