Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.

The hotel, located directly on Lake Titicaca, offers modern, spacious rooms, some with direct lake views. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, and the room doors offer only limited soundproofing. The second point of criticism is the poor service quality, particularly in the restaurant. We were with 13 people for dinner. We waited 60 minutes just for our drinks order. After 90 minutes, we only received our food after we had to ask for it, and some of it was cold. These processes urgently need to be improved in a hotel of this size.

It's a really great hotel very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and warm. You even have an extra heater. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a large choice. We stayed 3 nights and ate all the time in the restaurant which was really good. You can see the kitchen through its big glass windows, its super clean and all the food is freshly prepared. There is a large choice on the menu. The Internet is very good in the common space and there is a fire where you can sit which is so nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places we stayed in Peru !

Calidez y amabilidad desde el ingreso.Nos asesoraron muy bien con respecto a las excursiones para isla de los Uros.Excelente el Pisco de cortesía.Nuestro hijo cumplió años durante el viaje y tuvieron el detalle de sorprenderlo con una torta para festejar en el desayuno!!!Son atenciones que sorprenden y agradan cuando uno está lejos de casa .Volveremos sin duda!

Stayed 2 nights. Location is far away from everything. Cleaning did not pick up dirty tea cups, pillows are child size. When ask for toothbrush, they charged. I had to move the fridge out to plug it to work, their internet sucks. I am sorry but I won’t give a 3 star to this hotel
