The hotel was good, however, the staff was unprofessional. I found a cleaning staff listening to us outside the door. Also, no basic amenities were provided, such as a microwave or cutlery. For example, hotels like the Gold Haven charge half the price and offer similar amenities. There wasn't even a hairdryer provided. Even o rooms have a hairdryer in the washroom.

Accommodation is superb.. facilities are also good.. foods of course great.. and the staff super friendly specially Manika aka Barbie Doll.. i also great morning routine of bird watching and photography in nearby area.. super recommended hotel to stay in Pune..

Location of the hotel is near our office building. Getting to office is a 5-minute walk. Staff are courteous and very hospitable. Food selection is excellent too. Rooms are clean and supplies are replenished daily. Overall excellent experience with Cocoon Hotel. Will surely be back.

I stayed in in Pune frequently but this was my first time in cocoon hotel Magarpatta city I loved their services and hospitality special shoutout for manika she is awesome And at front desk RaviKant was also good Now I have decided whenever I will be in Pune definitely I choose cocoon only Overall loved the whole stay

Great place to stay in Pune. Loys of food outlets in the aorrounding. Excellent customer service from Manika. Food choices is excellent. Very near to companies and walkable distance. Near malls also and safe environment. There's also a supermart near the place. Plenty of space to explore near the hotel.

It was a long travel given the timezones I experienced but it was good. In Pune, I am staying at Cocoon Hotel. All people are so hospitable, accommodating and friendly. They even go beyond their way to make us food given our request. Weather is same like in Manila that's why most of the time I just stay in the office then after the hotel. I haven't explored much of what Pune can offer but so far I am enjoying my stay.
