Some parts are a little too much ^^

Best brunch at Senses Lavish spread, with starting from salads till dessert Live kitchen in alfresco area, varieties of beverages. Clean setup, good music and happening place for dine in. Rate wise fare as per the spread. One much try it out. Looking to join again this Sunday.

Akshay in the Concierge Team is the most professional person I have ever met. For the last 30 days he has been making me feel at Home. He is the first smiling face you see after getting out of the car in the front door. Please make sure Akshay is recognized accordingly. He made me have the plan to return to the Marriott Suites Pune. “Crooks” is one word I have for the property. The hotel staff is hell bent to cheat the customer and overcharge to hide their own miscommunication. I stayed for three nights. In the restaurant Senses where I had taken Ala Carte food I was charged for three buffet dinners. The staff had told that the buffet was included in the package and hence was free. So alongside the ala carte I just had one small desert. They still charge for three buffets. They didn’t even have any acknowledgment for the buffets. The manager, Meghana, , although was very sweet to talk, but did nothing. Kept haggling and proving there was a miscommunication. Maybe not her fault. The staff is clearly not empowered to do anything for the guest. It’s a non- customer centric approach shown by the property. This would not have happened in a good and properly managed property. Thisproperty should be stripped off the Mariotts tag.

Sukanandan and his team looked after me very well. All my needs were catered to, water replaced everyday, proactive replacements of supplies before they ran out.
